Payment Terms and Conditions

Class prices

Rainbow Rhyme classes are charged at £6 per session for the first child attending, with siblings charged at half price (£3.00). Sibling charges are only payable once the child is 6 months old. There is no need to purchase a ticket for a sibling under this age, but please make the teacher aware that you are bringing them to the class.

Bookings and payment should now be made online. Booking is now essential at all our classes and payment should, where possible be made via our page at www.happity.co.uk/rainbow-rhyme which can be accessed using this link or via our 'Book a Class' page. If you are not able to make payment in this way, you can use card on the day or cash but a booking must still be made by contacting Sarah. If you are not booked onto the class, you will not be able to attend.

 

By making an online or offline booking, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions stated in this policy and also to those in our Covid 19 Safety Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Should a class need to be cancelled, due to Covid related lockdowns or closures, we will run the class online via Zoom on the same day and time (where possible).

If you are unable to make a class for any reason, credit will be given towards a future class but we are unable to issue refunds.

If a class is cancelled due to staff illness and we are unable to run on Zoom, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method or credit issued for a future class
